Se si tratta di un sito Nike tedesco, potrebbe essere un'apparecchiatura collegata all'HIPAR.

Probabilmente il Klystron dell'Hipar, il condotto scatolato sulla sin. che esce dal "cilindro" è una guida d'onda.

P.S. Veleno credo che le oche (geese) siano state usate solo dall'US Army.

the U.S. Army in Germany was common to use, like build internal fense for chicken / ducks (birds) as "survellance&allarm" for the site local defense (in place of watchdogs as alsatian shepherds / german wolf-dogs) ^_^

The fence area was used for the training of watchdogs . Since 1982 many batteries got civilian guard personnel ( member of the Bundeswehr ) . THese persons guarded the Launching Ares , and in the inner fence they went together with the American Soldiers from the Detachment.
