During the Cold War, Hungarians were generally known, that their Communist politicians are lying.
They said, that
there are no nuclear weapons stored in Hungary, and they will be brought here by Soviet helicopters from Ukraine, only in case of international tensions...
When the Cold War ended, in 1990, the Soviet South Army Group commander announced publicly, that
all nuclear weapons are removed from Hungarian soil.
No we have in public the former storage houses, the target lists (with several North Italian targets) complete with casualties calculations, etc...
